New Israel-Lebanon talks open in Washington: diplomats

Israel and Lebanon have opened a new round of peace talks in Washington as their latest ceasefire is set to expire, AFP reports citing diplomats.

One diplomat privy to the two-day talks says that the two sides started discussions just after 9am (6pm PKT) at the US State Department.
