TAXILA: The Controller of Examinations of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi has apprehended two candidates for using unfair means during an examination at Government Boys High School No. 1, Hazro town of Attock on Wednesday.

According to official sources, both candidates were caught red-handed while cheating in the examination hall. Cases were immediately registered against them on the spot and subsequently forwarded to the Board’s Discipline Branch for further action in accordance with examination rules. In a related development, strict action was also taken against the supervisory staff.

An invigilator was removed from examination duty with immediate effect for violating the prescribed examination Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

The board has reiterated its commitment to ensuring transparency and maintaining the integrity of the examination process.
