KARACHI, Jun 25: Chief of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement Altaf Hussain and members of the Coordination Committee on Sunday expressed grief over the killing of their party worker Mohammad Salman.

They termed the killing of the party worker as an attempt to disturb the city's peaceful environment.

Mohammad Salman was party worker at unit-31, Lyari sector, said a statement issued here by the MQM.

It said Salman was shot death by some unknown gunmen outside his shop, while another party supporter, Mohammad Naveed also received serious injuries in the incident. —APP
