Israel army issues evacuation warning to residents of Beirut’s southern suburbs

The Israeli military has warned hundreds of thousands of residents in Beirut’s southern suburbs, known as Dahiyeh, to evacuate immediately, AFP reports.

“Urgent message to the residents of the Dahiyeh neighbourhood in Beirut — Save your lives and evacuate your residences immediately,” Arabic-language spokesman for the military Avichay Adraee said on X.
