KARACHI, June 19: The National Transport Ittehad in Karachi on Monday endorsed the wheel-jam strike call of the Pakhtoon Action Committee (Loya Jirga) on June 30. The NTI leaders Saleem Khan Bangash, Raja Mohammad Rafiq, Al-Haj Malik Ahmed Khan, Taj Khan Bangash and others in their joint statement here said they fully backed the strike call and all transport including buses, minibuses, rickshaws, taxis, coaches, trucks, and inter-city buses would be kept off the road on Friday, June 30.

They advised the Sindh government to immediately hold talks with the Pakhtoon Action Committee (Loya Jirga), so that problems of transporters could be solved.
