KARACHI, May 30: Sindh Minister for Inter-provincial Coordination Dr. Sohrab Khan Sarki has said that there is a demand of five million houses in the country every year and in Karachi at least one million.Speaking at a reception here on Tuesday, the minister said to provide housing facilities to the people, the government is working on various low cost housing projects.

He said that government is also planning establishment of a sports city and an education city so that beside providing better education, the people are also provided best healthy atmosphere.

Dr. Sohrab Sarki also appealed to the residents of Gulistan-i-Johar to invest maximum amount in real estate and said that the government is planning to provide all basic amenities in the area.—APP
