KARACHI, May 25: Commander (retd) Navaid Usmani has been appointed secretary, Pakistan Sailing Federation (PSAF). His appointment was made by Commander Karachi, vice admiral S. V. Naqvi in his capacity as president, PSAF.
Usmani has replaced Capt (retd) S. V. Hasan who had relinquished charge of office recently for personal reasons.
Navaid has served as treasurer PSAF in the past. He will take charge of office on Monday.
