KARACHI: Cultural mela

KARACHI, May 22: City Nazim Syed Mustafa Kamal has announced one-day extension in ongoing cultural and entertaining mela arranged by the community development department at Clifton Beach Park.

The nazim, before leaving for China on Sunday night, visited the park and met people attending the show. People requested him to extend it till Monday, on which he on the spot issued directive for one-day extension.

The weekly event is held by the city government on every Saturday. This week’s show was already extended to Sunday and further given one-day extension by the nazim.

EDO Community Development Rehana Saif has organised the programme, which will be held from 9pm every Saturday. –PPI
