When the rain comes…

This is regarding the cover story When the rain comes… by Marvi Soomro (YW, July 12). The article was very informative.

I loved how the writer described the monsoon not just scientifically, but culturally too. The practical tips on what fabrics to wear, shoe care, and bug safety were really helpful.

It made me appreciate the season even more. The lovely tone made it a delight to read.

The article When the rain comes… by Marvi Soomro was very nice. The parts about mushrooms and red velvet bugs were especially write informative instead of amazing.

The writer did a great job highlighting things we rarely pay attention to. I believe reading a wide range of topics in Young World really helps broaden our thinking horizons.

Amina’s Jurassic secret

This is with reference to Amina’s Jurassic secret by Aimen Zehra (YW, July 12). The story was super fun! It felt like I was watching a movie — especially when they travelled back in time and saw real dinosaurs!

I loved how Amina secretly brought back a baby dino (even though it was risky). The ending taught a great lesson too: we shouldn’t mess with the past. I hope there’s a part two where they go to the future!

One game, one life

This is regarding the story One game, one life by Muhammad Behzad Talpur (YW, July 12). I’m a big fan and player of Minecraft, and I could totally imagine myself inside the game, stuck in a world where one wrong move means game over… forever!

The twist when Ali enters the game was unexpected and super cool.

What I loved most was how he didn’t give up, even when things got scary. A great reminder that courage and focus can help us win — whether in games or real life.

The power of writing

This is with reference to The power of writing by Hafsa Shaikh (YW, July 12). I liked the story because it showed how difficult it can be to write when nothing comes to mind. It encouraged me to write more on different topics.

There have been times I picked up a pen, but when felt too bored or stuck to begin. After reading this, I feel renewed energy and courage to keep writing!
