TAXILA: A young soldier who was martyred in Panjgur, Balochistan, was laid to rest in Sardar Garhi, Shakardara, in Attock on Sunday.
According to military sources, the soldier laid down his life while displaying exceptional courage, devotion to duty and unwavering patriotism in the face of enemy aggression.
His mother was presented with his uniform, wrapped in the Pakistani flag. Floral wreaths were also laid on his grave.
Twenty-two-year-old Mohammad Ali had joined the Frontier Corps (FC) in Balochistan just a year ago.
Local residents, community leaders and security officials extended their condolences to the bereaved family while paying tributes to the fallen soldier’s valour and sacrifice for the motherland.
