SARGODHA: The Pakistan Railways has hinted at restoring train between Sargodha and Mianwali in view of the recommendation of the ruling party’s parliamentarians and the public demand.

The train will depart from Mianwali at 6am and reach Sargodha at 9am. It will depart from Sargodha at 12pm and reach Mianwali at 3pm.

The railways has initially issued instructions to finalise all the steps for the restoration of the train.

PR sources say the train will consist of six coaches which are being restored between Sargodha and Mianwali.

However, railway sources also say that serious consideration is being given to making two rounds of this train between Mianwali and Sargodha.

It is worth mentioning that this train will chug regularly on this route from Oct 15, which has various stops and the fare has also been kept low as per the expectations of the public.

In this regard, railway officers have indicated that they will visit Mianwali and Sargodha sections.
