The witness said one of the salient points … was that Mr Abdul Wali Khan said they would remove the border chain at Torkhem to Attock and from Chamman to Sind. He also said that … Mr Abdul Wali Khan stated that during the period the NAP-JUI Government was in power, they had not victimised anybody. So much so that the Deputy Superintendent of Police … who had broken the ribs of Bacha Khan had not been touched.

Mr Abdul Wali Khan warned the civil servants, the Police officials and members of the Armed Forces that they should be careful, otherwise their end would not be pleasant as the conditions had now changed.
