SHIKARPUR, May 15: The Jeay Sindh Mahaz (Zain) observed at Panjpeer Hathi Gate Mohalla on Sunday the 63rd death anniversary of Allah Bux Soomro, a former prime minister of Sindh. A large number of JSM-Z activists and followers of late Soomro staged a rally which began from the spot near new Foujdari police station where late Soomro was killed by some unidentified persons and ended at his grave where the activists held Quran khwani and fateha.

Junaid Ahmed Soomro, grand son of late Soomro, said that Shaheed Soomro was a Sindhi nationalist who wanted to see Sindh independent.
