MIRPURKHAS: A mother of three children was axed to death allegedly by her husband at the village of Darelo Mori near Jhuddo town on Thursday.
Reports reaching here said Farzana, 30, was washing clothes when her husband Ali Nawaz Korai carrying an axe entered the house, attacked her from behind and killed her on the spot.
His motive could not be ascertained immediately.
Local police reached the spot and shifted the body to the Rural Health Center of Jhuddo for a post-mortem.
Police also arrested accused Ali Nawaz Korai along with the axe. Later the body was handed over to the heirs after medico-legal examination.
