Dubawis Angel wins Summer Cup

LAHORE: Dark bay filly Dubawis Angel stormed to a facile victory in the Sum­mer Cup during the last edition of the 2024-25 LRC racing season here at the racecourse on Sunday night.

Her victory gave jockey Awais Anjum his 85th triumph of the season as he rose to the top of the LRC Jockeys performance table for 2024-25.

Former LRC chairman, M. Kaleem Khan gave away the Cup to the winning owner, Saqib Ullah Khan.

The 2025-26 season starts on July 7 with Summer Mee­ting night racing.
