KHUZDAR: Two passengers were killed and 18 others injured in a collision between a passenger coach and a coaster near Kalat on the Quetta-Karachi National Highway on Saturday.

According to Levies officials, the accident occurred the Benchah area of Kalat due to speeding. “Two passengers died on the spot, and 18 others were injured, including women and children,” the officials said.

The injured and the bodies were shifted to Kalat District Hospital.

The deceased were identified as Sanaullah and Pir Bakhsh. After completing medico-legal formalities, the bodies were handed over to their respective families.
