LAHORE: Open trials to select the Pakistan under-18 hockey team for the forthcoming Asia Cup will be conducted in Islamabad from June 11 to 13, the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) announced on Tuesday.

Aspiring players have been advised to report with their Family Registration Certificate (FRC) and B-Form at the venue.

A management committee has been constituted to oversee the trials. The panel includes Olympians Mohammad Shafqat, Mohammad Umar Bhutta and Taufiq Arshad, international player Mukhtar Ahmad, and assistant coach Masood-ur-Rehman.

The U-18 Asia Cup is scheduled to be held in China from July 3 to 13.
