MIANWALI, Feb 6: The District Bar Association, Mianwali, at a meeting on Wednesday, condemned inclusion of army officers as member of anti-terrorism courts.

The house declared it as against the norms of justice and urged the government to withdraw the orders immediately.

The Bar maintained that new ATC under ATA would amount to jeopardize the rights of litigants,

The Bar resolved that they condemned the ‘black law’ which would harm the freedom of courts.

If their demands were not accepted they would go on agitation, it said.
