RAWALPINDI: Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi on Thursday announced schedule for the Intermediate First Annual 2025 and practical examinations of Matric First Annual, which were postponed on May 7 and 9, will now be held as per the new dates.

Due to non-publication of the book of civics Part II (for non-Muslim students), this paper will not be conducted, and such candidates will be given marks on the basis of marks in civics Part I.

According to BISE Rawalpindi Controller of Examinations Tanveer Asghar Awan, in light of the instructions of the Government of Punjab, Higher Education Department, the theory examinations of intermediate and practical examinations of matriculation will now be held as per the new dates.

In the practical examinations of matric, the examination of chemistry, food and nutrition, and tailoring (for special students) will be conducted on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, while the examination of chemistry, dressmaking and fashion designing will be conducted on Thursday, May 29, 2025.

Similarly, in the Intermediate theory examinations, the May 7 papers will now be held on Monday, June 16, 2025, and the May 9 papers on Saturday, May 31, 2025.

The controller has clarified that all candidates will appear for the examination in their pre-allotted examination centres and sessions only, and it is mandatory to reach the centre at least thirty minutes before the commencement of the examination.

The new roll number slips have been released online on the board’s website, which regular candidates can download from their institutions and private candidates from the board’s website, www.biserawalpindi.edu.pk. Along with this, the old roll number slips will also be usable.
