KOHAT: In the first war casualty from Kohat, an army trooper was martyred while fighting with Indian forces across the Line of Control in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

Sepoy Dilawar Khan belonged to Kot village here. He was laid to rest with full military honors. Earlier, his funeral prayers were attended by security officials, elders and relatives.

Later, floral wreaths were laid on his grave, and Fateha was offered for the departed soul.
