Greek Foreign Minister Giorgos Geraptritis has welcomed the ceasefire between Pakistan and India.
“Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, spoke with [the] Foreign Minister of Greece, Giorgos Gerapetritis, who welcomed the ceasefire understanding between Pakistan and India,” the Foreign Office wrote in a post on X. “The DPM/FM reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to peace and security in the region and beyond.”
The FO added that both sides agreed to remain in close contact and to work together in multilateral fora as non-permanent UNSC members.
