Israel has continued its attacks on Lebanon despite a ceasefire in place with Hezbollah, Al Jazeera reports.

Yesterday, Israeli attacks on southern Lebanon killed four people, Lebanese state media and the health ministry said.

“The Israeli enemy strike this evening on the town of Ainata led to the death of two people,” Lebanon’s official National News Agency (NNA) said, citing the health ministry’s emergency service. Earlier, the ministry confirmed one person was killed in an Israeli raid on Meiss el-Jabal and NNA reported one other death in Bint Jbeil.

The NNA said it was the third Israeli attack on southern Lebanon within 24 hours.
