The Palestinian foreign ministry has called on the international community to impose sanctions on Israel to stop its aggression and colonial ambitions, Al Jazeera reports.
“While the occupation forces continue to exterminate and demolish camps and cities in the northern West Bank, especially in Jenin and Tulkarem, and announce their intention to demolish an entire neighbourhood in Nour Shams camp, and deprive our people in the Gaza Strip of their most basic humanitarian needs, their colonial procedures begin to build approximately 1,000 new colonial units in East Jerusalem.” the ministry said in a statement.
