Disney is adding The Simpsons to its theme parks, following surveys asking guests about interest in meet-and-greets and rides.

Currently, The Simpsons characters appear at Universal Studios under a licensing deal set to expire in 2028. Disney, which acquired the rights after purchasing 20th Century Fox, might integrate the iconic show into its parks, potentially ending Universal’s use of the characters.

While no official announcements have been made, Disney’s plans appear inevitable.
