LAHORE: Robbers looted cash, gold ornaments and other valuables worth over Rs10.25 million from the house of a business man in Gulshan-i-Ravi in the wee hours on Thursday.

Initial police reports suggest three gunmen barged into the B Block residence of Adnan Ali Shah after holding his guard at gunpoint.

The intruders locked all the family members of Mr Shah in a room, collected gold ornaments, mobile phones, cash and other valuables and escaped.

The complainant said the suspects escaped in an auto rickshaw with the loot worth over Rs 10.25 million.

The police lodged a case against unknown robbers and started investigation.
