KARACHI: Justice Kazi passes away

KARACHI, Feb 5: A former judge of Sindh High Court, Justice Mushtaq Ali Kazi, died at the NICVD on Tuesday. He was 84.

He leaves behind a widow and three daughters.

His Namaz-i-Janaza will be held at his residence (79 Muslimabad) on Wednesday at 1.30pm. Soyem will be held at his residence on Friday between Asr and Maghrib prayers.

Justice Kazi was also chairman of the Hyderabad Conspiracy Case. He had also headed the Sindh Public Service Commission. He had also worked as a joint secretary in the Federal Ministry of Law.
