Special children play football at Mardan school for the handicapped on Monday. — Dawn

MARDAN: Frontier Association for Mentally Handicapped Mardan School organised different games on the occasion of annual sports day for its students in Sheikh Maltoon Town here on Monday.

Head of the mentally handicapped school Shakoor Khan told the media-persons that the sports event was organised to motivate the students to participate in healthy activities.

The students enthusiastically took part in the games including cricket, running, football and yoga events.

The school head, Shakoor Khan, said that they had a total strength of 29 students in the institute. He added that they were trying their best to provide them maximum facilities and opportunities like other students.
