KHUZDAR: A leader of PPP Lasbela district was shot dead by unknown armed men in Hub district.
Police said that Bashir Ahmed Muhammad Hasni was going home in his car when near Bhawani area of Hub district, the armed men opened fire on his car on Monday night, seriously injuring him.
Police rushed to the area after receiving information about the incident and shifted the injured PPP leader to Jam Ghulam Qadir Memorial Government Hospital in Hub.
However, the PPP leader succumbed to his injuries in the hospital during treatment. Police have termed the attack target killing.
