SAHIWAL: Governor Sardar Saleem Haider will visit NA-141, Sahiwal-I, on Friday.

PPP District President Zaki Chaudhry told a media briefing the governor has scheduled visits to nine constituencies in central Punjab, where PPP candidates garnered the good votes in the last general elections. Chaudhry secured 27,000 votes.

The governor will arrive at 11am and address a workers’ convention at the PPP Secretariat.

He is expected to meet with youth representatives, lawyers, party office bearers, sports professionals, women leaders and PPP activists.

He will also travel to rural areas to address a gathering of farmers in 62/4-R. During this visit, he will also offer fateha for the late Mahar Mohsan Bhonana, former UC chairman.

He will inaugurate an IT Skill Development Center in village C-Plot, 57/5-L, before concluding his visit.
