A doctor from the United Kingdon, Dr Victoria Rose, said that 80 per cent of the patients she treated while working at the Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis were under the age of 16.
“What shocked me the most this time was the number of children that I saw and, in fact, operated on,” Rose told Al Jazeera upon her return to the UK.
