Al Jazeera Arabic is reporting several casualties from two separate Israeli artillery attacks on Gaza City.
Two people were killed and five wounded in the first attack, while at least one was killed and seven others wounded in the second attack.
Both assaults took place in areas south of Gaza City, Al Jazeera Arabic reported.
Earlier, the Wafa news agency that a number of people were also killed when Israeli forces attacked eastern neighbourhoods in Gaza City.
