QUETTA / GWADAR: Three people were shot dead in different firing incidents in Quetta and Tump area of Kech district on Wednesday.

According to police, some armed men shot dead a young man in Sariab area of the provincial capital on Wednesday. The victim could not be identified till late in the night.

In another incident, a man shot dead his sister in western bypass area in an honour killing incident. According to police, the incident took place at Magsi stop where the woman was shot dead.

Police shifted the body of the victim to civil hospital. Later it was handed over to the family.

In another incident, some unidentified armed motorcyclists shot dead a man in Tump area of Kech district, near Pak-Iran border.

Murad Ali was going home when the armed men opened fire, killing him on the spot.

Officials of the Levies Force, who shifted the body of the victim to a nearby health care facility, said the murder appeared to be an incident of target killing.

“The deceased suffered multiple bullet wounds, causing his immediate death,” doctors told Levies Force officials.
