There were angry chants as mourners carried the body of a 13-year-old Palestinian boy through the streets of the occupied West Bank after he was shot and killed by Israeli soldiers in the early hours of Saturday morning, Al Jazeera reports.

The victim, identified as Moatsem Nabil Abu Abed, was one of three young Palestinians hit by Israeli gunfire during a military raid on Qabatiya town. One of the two others injured in the same raid is in serious condition, according to the Wafa news agency.

A video verified and shared by our Al Jazeera Arabic shows dozens of people carrying the body of the slain teenager ahead of his funeral.
