LARKANA: Three persons were gunned down in the village of Imam Bakhsh Jamali in the jurisdiction of Fatehpur police station near Mohenjo Daro when rivals traded fire on Wednesday.
A piece of land was the bone of contention between the rivals, police said. Those killed were identified as Hakim Jamali, Shoukat Jamali and Dur Muhammed Rind.
The bodies were transported in a tractor trolley to the Taluka Hospital Dokri and handed over to the heirs after completing the medico-legal formalities. A video clip related to the incident also went viral.
Police said the 10-years old land dispute had claimed more than eight lives. Further investigations were under way.
