PML-N leader Rana Sanaullah has claimed that interference by external forces in polls was merely a theory, which he said people have a habit of making up.

Speaking on Geo News programme Jirga, the former interior minister recalled that he has won seven elections out of the nine he has contested so far. “When you contest [an election] you either lose or win,” Sanaullah added. “There were different reasons related to my loss this time.”

He made it clear that there was no difference between his Form 45 and Form 47 “nor would we have let anybody create a difference.”
