KARACHI: Shikasta Tehzeeb, the third book by senior journalist Shah Waliullah Junaidi, has been published.

The book pertains to the history of Karachi’s Nazimabad and North Nazimabad areas.

The author did extensive research and wrote about historic events involving the two neighbourhoods, old and new names of several roads, streets and important places as well as prominent personalities and their houses where they once lived after Partition.

Views expressed by renowned researcher Khawja Razi Haider and famous poet and academic Dr Pirzada Qasim Raza Siddiqui were also part of the book.

North Karachi: Nisf Sadi ka Qissa and Karachi: Untold stories of city’s streets are the two other books by the author.
