KARACHI: Plots for affectees of LEW

KARACHI, Jan 4: A committee led by Gulshan-i-Iqbal Town Nazim Muhammad Wasey Jaleel will decide about the allotment of alternate plots to people affected, on account of encroachments for construct Of Lyari Expressway (LEW) Project.

A survey in this regard was conducted in areas including the PIB, Madina and Ziaul-Haq colonies, said a statement on Tuesday.

It said the City Nazim, Syed Mustafa Kamal, had constituted a committee led by Wasey Jaleel to plan a strategy regarding the allotment of alternate plots to people affected due to encroachments.

Affected people have been advised to appear before the committee along with necessary documents including their utilities bills and other legal documents of their property at the town office on Wednesday from 12pm to 2pm.—APP
