PTI senators Faisal Javed, Shahzad Waseem, Ejaz Chaudhry and Azam Swati chanted slogans outside the Supreme Court, with some supporters carrying placards with the inscription “Supreme Court *insaf do”* and “justice delayed is justice denied”.
Chants of “justice for Azam Swati”, “justice for Arshad Sharif”, “justice for Imran Khan” could be heard as well as demands for registering an FIR.
The lawmakers could also be heard chanting “wake up, wake up Supreme Court!”
PTI chief Imran Khan has previously demanded accountability for Azam Swati’s alleged custodial torture and demanded an investigation into Arshad Sharif’s murder during the march.
