ISLAMABAD: Punjab’s Anas Ali and Army’s Maryam Malik were crowned the U-19 champions of the Junior Squash Circuit Championship here at the Mushaf Sports Complex on Friday.

Anas beat Pakistan Airforce’s Mohammad Amaad 11-8, 11-8, 7-11, 11-6 in the men’s final while Maryam edged Sindh’s Mehwish Ali 11/5, 9-11, 11-3, 9-11, 14-12 in the women’s title decider.

In other age-group events, Mamoon Khan of PAF won the boys’ U-11 title, his department mate Noman Khan clinched the U-13 honours, Army’s Azan Ali became the U-15 champion and Abdullah Nawaz won the U-17 crown.
