OKARA: A man was booked for raping his daughter at Fakhar Shah Colony in Dipalpur. The suspect’s wife alerted the police she found her husband, ricksha driver, raping their 20-year-old daughter. He fled when she raised alarm. The daughter said the man has been raping her for a year. The police registered a case and arrested the man.

KILLED: A man was beaten to death by suspects over a divorce issue. Ghulam Haider was at his house when Karamat and Arshad along with an unidentified suspect came there and beat him until he died. The Basirpur police arrested Arshad.
