The CTD statement said that some arms and ammunitions were seized during the operation.

Two of the killed suspects were identified as Ikramullah alias Muhsin, and Mursala Khan alias Qari alias Irshad.

According to APP, the terrorists belonged to the banned militant Islamic State group, also known by its Arabic acronym as Daesh.

The CTD team recovered three Kalashnikovs, 12 magazines, three hand-grenades and other weapons from their possession.
