The score was 1-1 in the second chukker after a goalless first chukker. Ahmad opened the account scoring a field goal. Hissam Ali Hayder, who scored two goals drew first blood for the losers, also scoring a field goal.

Harvester gained 3-2 lead in the third chukker. Kamran Zaidi and Hissam struck one goal each for Harvester.

Ahmad converted a 60-yard penalty with a lofted shot. He stole limelight in the fourth chukker scoring back-to-back goals in the fourth chukker, converting 40-yard penalty hits, to seal the fate of the match.

Two goals by Asif Tiwana helped Soneri Bank beat Tri Stars 4-2 in another match of the day.

Feroze Gulzar and Jawad Jamil Malik added one goal each. For the losers, Saeed Aslam Khan and Zain Khan Khakwani reduced the margin.

Six goals by Iftikhar Ali Khan Simba propelled Prime Travels to a 7-1 win over PPMA in a match in which two Indian players, Vishal Nihalani for Prime Travels and Shalinder Singh Rathore for PPMA, also played.

Iftikhar registered a hat trick in the first two chukkers, and struck his fourth in the third. PPMA scored a solitary goal in the fourth chukker through Sufi Muhammad Aamir. But Prime banged home three goals in a row — two by Iftikhar and one by Nihalani — to complete the tally.
