KARACHI, Dec. 19: A close associate of Rehman Dakait was gunned down by unknown persons in Liaquatabad, and his bullet riddled body was found early Monday morning in Baloch Para, Liaquatabad.
Mehboob Baloch, 35, was found dead in the Baloch Para C-1 area with multiple bullet wounds.
According to police, Mehboob was wanted in over a dozen criminal cases.
KILLED: A pesh-imam was killed by unknown persons in Ibrahim Hydri early Monday morning.
Abdul Rasheed, 30, was asleep in his house in Ibrahim Hydri when unknown suspects barged into his house and pumped several bullets into him before fleeing.
Police suspected personal enmity as a probable cause of the death. The body was sent to JPMC for postmortem.
In Lyari, a young man was gunned down by unknown persons on Monday.
Police said that Mohan Lal, 23, was shot dead by unknown persons on motorcycle at Fida Husain Road, Daryabad in the limits of Kalri police station. Police said that victim’s father lodged an FIR against unknown persons at the Kalri police station.
