LAHORE: Mr Ghaus Bakhsh Bizenjo, Governor of Baluchistan, said that the law and order situation in his province was satisfactory, rather there was no law and order problem. He was talking to newsmen… . When asked that during his speech at Quetta recently the President had said that there was conspiracy to affect adversely the good relations between Pakistan and Iran, he said he made an inquiry which revealed that there was no conspiracy at all except “the conspiracy of the Home Minister, Khan Abdul Qayyum Khan”.

The Governor said his province was deficient in food, but he hoped that deficiency would be overcome with the help of the Central Gover­n­ment and also with the help of the provinces, specially the Punjab and Sind. — News agencies

[Meanwhile, as reported by our Staff Correspondent in Quetta,], the age-old Sardari system would be abolished with the adoption of a Bill being moved by Sardar Khan Bux Marri, a NAP MPA, in the coming session of the Baluchistan Assembly. The indication was given by the Baluchistan Chief Minister, Sardar Ataullah Mengal, while talking to newsmen… .
