SUKKUR: A head-on collision between two motorcycles left two persons dead and a third one injured along Quetta Road within the limits of the Saddar police station of Jacobabad on Friday.

The deceased were identified as Khadim Hussain Soomro, a resident of Sheikh locality in Jacobabad, and Babul Khan Talani, a resident of Dera Allahyaar, Balochistan. They died on the spot, the area police said, adding that their bodies were transported to the Jacobabad Civil Hospital for a post-mortem examination.

The injured, Abdul Fatah Soomro, was admitted to the hospital, where his condition was stated to be out of danger.
