Four injured in tent fire

MUZAFFARABAD, Dec 2: Four members of a family suffered severe burn injuries when their tent in a camp near here caught fire late on Thursday night. AJK IGP Shahid Hasan said the incident occurred near Sangri Mera on the outskirts of the AJK capital.

The injured were taken by relatives to the US mobile surgical hospital, near the assembly secretariat where they were admitted for the night. On Friday, they were airlifted to Islamabad for treatment in some burns unit, the IGP said.—Staff Correspondent
