ISLAMABAD: Veteran player Asim Khan clinched the DHA Islamabad International Squash Champ­ionship after beating Noor Zaman here on Wednesday.

The five-day championship, which carried a $12,000 prize purse, also featured international players from countries including Egypt, France, Iran, Malaysia and Qatar alongside local players.

Asim prevailed over Noor 10-12, 11-5, 11-7, 7-11, 11-6 in the final that lasted 43 minutes.
