Pakistan reports 310 Covid cases, 5 deaths

Pakistan has reported 189 new coronavirus infections in the last 24 hours and five additional fatalities.

The total number of cases has risen to 1,523,900 and the death toll is 30,345.

Breakdown is as follows

  • Sindh: 181 cases, 1 death
  • Punjab: 76 cases
  • Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: 38 cases, 3 deaths
  • Islamabad: 7 cases, 1 death
  • Azad Jammu and Kashmir: 5 cases
  • Gilgit-Baltistan: 2 cases
