LAKKI MARWAT: Rivals here on Saturday shot dead a Frontier Corps man over a blood feud in Ghaznikhel area of Lakki Marwat.

Police said armed men riding a motorcycle opened fire on Sadullah Khan, killing him on the spot.

They said that the attackers fled the place, and the body was shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital, Tajazai.

Gul Akbar Khan, father of the slain soldier, told the police that he was waiting for his son near the rest house building along the Indus Highway. “When Sadullah arrived there, their rivals, including Irfanullah and Habibur Rehman, also came there on a motorcycle and fired at his son with a pistol, killing him on the spot,” he told the police.

The Ghaznikhel police registered a case against the suspected killers and began investigation.
