HYDERABAD, Nov 25: The University of Sindh announced here on Friday the admission schedule for its evening programme. The director of admissions, Mr Saleh Rajar, said that students from all over Pakistan could submit forms for various disciplines.

Admission forms will be issued from November 30 at the old campus and Jamshoro branches of the Habib Bank on payment of Rs200.

The forms could also be downloaded from the university’s website (www.usindh.edu.pk).

Last date for submission of the forms is December 13.

The university is offering admissions in BS computer science, post graduate diploma in computer science (PGDCS), cisco certified network associate (CCNA), academic programme under Institute of Computer Science (IMCS), MSc telemedicine and e-health, BS(IT), MIT, post graduate diploma in information technology, BS soft engineering, MSc e-commerce, MSc multimedia under the Institute of Information Technology, first professional phar-D, post graduate diploma in pharmacy management (industrial, marketing and hospital management), bachelor of public administration (BPA), master of public administration (MPA), post graduate diploma in public administration, BCom honours in the Institute of Commerce and MA English.

SPORTS’ QUOTA: The University of Sindh has announced the schedule for trials of the students, who had applied for admissions on sports quota.

The trials for table tennis, badminton and cricket will be held on November 28 at 10am at the Hyder Bux Jatoi pavilion of the university.

While the trials for athletics, basket ball and hockey will be conducted on November 29 at 10am at the same venue.

The trials for martial arts and squash will be held on November 30 at 4pm at the Niaz Stadium.

PRACTICALS: The controller of examinations at the Sindh University announced on Friday that the practical examinations of the students of post graduate colleges will be held from December 5.

The university had already sent the examination schedule to the concerned colleges.
